I thought that I had got my sheet full but find that I was mistaken I donot know what else to write. Will Shirley has sold his young Mair he got 1177 1/2 for her I think that he sold her well for she was almost blind He offered me $75 for my old mair but I got disappointed in bying the young filley from David Bridenstine he backed out. I was to get her for $60 if I had got her I would have been fixed. I am a going to get Granvilles young mair to break this Spring I am a going to sow 10 acres of wheat and plant 20 acres of corn and want to sow 2 acres of oats on your place I will not try oats on this place any more I guess that Father and Wes will tend a crop this season I am a fraid that they wil make rather a lite teem but I hope how well they will do. The ground is not thawed out yet To morrow is the last day of Alsworth School and I guess that he is not sorrow of it I believe that I can not think of any thing more to write and as it is a getting late I will close you must excuse bad writing and spelling a blunders for I have not got time look ove my letter to correct it Good night John from Abb
