Our Brigade has left Corinth and are Scatterd a long on the Rail Road. Betwen that place and Memphis.. Our Regt.. Is Stationed. In a hole af a place. a bout 40 miles from that place. and a bout 60 miles from Corinth.. It Is a bout as drear and desolate a place as we have bin Stationed In for a good while.. The Gorrillas are pretty thick a round here.. though they do not do a gradeal of mischief.. except to prevent the boys from going out In the country, except In Squads of dozzen or more.. I am very grateful for your little Remembrainces
