LaGrange Tenn Oct.. 28th of .63 Dear Sister you will no doubt be worried.. with the frequency of my Scribblings, but Situated as I am.. I dont See as It can very well be avoided,, we are now wating under Orders.. and are liable to Start at any time,, On a long campaign,, In which case It Is not likely that I will have an opportunity of writing for Some time to com,, So I have concluded to Improve the present,, particularly as I wish to inclose an [illegible]
