Christian society but I must try to be reconciled to my lot and if Abs folks get moved we shall be quite lonely and I dont know what I shall do with your father but I guess thare will be some way provided. it is hard to be left alone now we are old but I hope you may be spared to return home safe and be a comfort to us in our declineing years I have no news so I must close you must remember us in your prayers so good by from your ever affectionate mother Betsey Mead
