TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 1863. Camp on showl river 7 miles east of Florence Ala = Marched at half past 6 o clock Marched 18 miles and camped near Rodgersville WEDNESDAY 4 Camp near Rodgersville Ala = Marched at 9 -Oclock went ten miles and Camped Army could not cross Elk river near Rodgersville and had to go much further round THURSDAY 5 Left Camp 8 1/2 o clock and marched 10 miles and Camped - Rained nearly all day 2nd Brigade marches in front of the division.
