and had A fight We then fell back about 3 miles Weds 15th we went through hagerstown on to Boonsborough Thurs 16th we went through Locust Grove and Masonville and on to Harpers ferry, V.A. Fry 17th crossed the Shanondoa river and went through Barnesville and on to within about 3 miles of Leeasburg Sat 18th we laid on the Leeasburg and windchester pike untill 4 Oclock then we went to Snickers gap on picket Sun 19th still at snickers Gap
