The country round here is well settled & for the country the best settled we have seen. The are vine slopes here & a wine is made out of the wild grape called "native wine" the cultivated grapes have a full rich flavour for wine grapes. There a lead mines all about the country. The Lager bier saloons show how many Germans there are here. The people about are not so lean & do not use the nasal
