We got oysters for 1$ pr Bushel in the Shell, I had Oyster Fritters for supper got them up myself. & think they were nice all that was lacking was fresh lard but I used salt grease as a substitute. I must now close hope you will Excuse my Scribbling. Col Parrott is using my Desk & I am wrighting on my Knee hoping that I will hear from you soon I am Ever Your affectionate Husband Frank Malcom
