[Three lines of code:-) Got a good rest and started out at 9 P.M. northwards passed the cross roads and continued on norwest, and halted in an open field 12 1/2 at night. (Vertically at left:-) 7 miles. 14" An early reville and on the road at 6 A.M. Marched briskly. Boys kill a good many hogs, sheep, &c on the route. A most beautiful country. By 2 P we came to Calhoun on the R R 6 miles from Resaca
