The men are all out of food and as we came in to dinner they set up a cry of crackers After dinner we pushed on to Nottaway and 5 miles beyond camped having made 30 miles The men were all disgusted, angry and gave vent to their feeling in sundry curses upon all officers from Lt Gen down to 2" Lts. Nottaway CH was a place of a hundred inhabitants and was gurded by 95 Penn of 6" Corps
