A DOZEN CANS FOR THE 4-H GIRL
Example:
1. She can help provide iron in her winter diet through canning.
She can solve the winter salad problem 2. through canning fruit and vegetables.
3. She can aid meal planning by using her canned products.
4. She can improve her health through canning 
5. She can use a canning budget so as to avoid under and over supply of canned foods.
6. She can scald apricots, peaches and tomatoes in order to remove the peeling more easily
7. She can use canned products practically in all the ways fresh foods are used. 
8. She can plan a nutritious menu from her canned goods that will delight the most changeable person.
9. She can provide vitamins for the winter menus by canning lots of Tomatoes.
10. She can advertize her 4-H club by preparing and exhibiting her canned goods.
11. She can build and make better the health of her family by careful planning in her canning
12. She can make her mother happy by canning for her.
