32 Dec. 9-1921 Mrs. Dante Pierce called the special meeting of the Board to order at 10-30 A.m. Secretaries report of May 13 1921 read and approved. Secretaries report of Nov. 22 read-corrected and accepted. Mrs. Sadie Passig gave report of finances of the League down to date all outstanding bills paid and about five hundred dollars in the Treasury. Mrs. Passig requested that an auditing committee examine her work for the year. Moved seconded and carried that an auditing committee be appointed. Dr. Stuart moved that each county be notified that an apportionment of the state budget has been made among the counties of the state in order to distribute the burden according to population. Mrs. Mayer moved that head quarters for the Iowa League of Women Voters be opened as soon as practicable - the time and place to be left with the President and Vice President and that it be maintained till after the primary election at least. seconded - carried Adjourned for Luncheon - Meeting called to order at 2 P.M. Those present - Mrs. Pierce - Mrs. Ruff - Mrs. Max Mayer - Mrs. Carey Mrs. Tomlinson - Mrs. Devitt - Dr. Mills - Dr. Stuart - Mrs. Fred Hunter - Mrs. Van Alstine - Mrs. Passig.
