XI Question under consideration. From the first communication it was found that the salary of the Vice President is Eight Thousand Dollars per annum. It was moved and carried that the regular program be deferred until after the parliamentary drill under the instruction of its organizer, Carrie Lane Chapman, had been given the club. Where upon followed an interesting and instructive course in parliamentary usage, the club acting as a deliberative assembly with Mrs. Chapman as Chair-man. Without resort to parliamentary forms it was voted a success, and the sincere thanks of the club were extended to Mrs. Chapman. It was moved and carried that the club give its attention to the paper on "Women in Business" by Mrs. Jennie L. Detwiler before going on with the
