Take the [Cloth?] of a Logg of a Rabbot or Wing of a Capon, or for Want of [illegible] of Veal or Lamb with the Kidney Fat or Beef Just or marrow, as much meat, Thread them as Small as you can with Parsley, thime, Savory, and Margorum Season it with Cloves and Maes, a little Salt, put to it 3 Spoonfuls Of grated bread, mingled with Cream and the yolk of an Egg, then Part the [same word as first in recipe?] witg your fingers, from the eggs and the [illegible] And put in Some of your Pudding, fill them not too full, Least they break in boiling, then boile the, in Milk and water With a bundle of [illegible] herbs, and a blade of Maes a little Salt, then beat some butter with the Juies of an Orange or Lemmon, and you may dissolve an [illegible] in this liquor and beat with them butter, [illegible]._._._._._
