To make the honey comb french rolls To 3 pints of flour, 1/4 pint of good yeast, mixt with as much warm milk, as will make it as thick as batter, observe to beat till it parts from the hand clean, put them into moulds about nine inches in length, and put them on hot water, to prove, and something over them lay about 1/4 of an hour. Then bake them in a quick oven, then take them out, and [rasp?] them, and put them in again, for 1/4 of an hour and then they will be perfect
