quite soft, afterwards stew them in gravy, if that is not sufficiently thick put a little flour to it - Noyeau - Thre quarts of white brandy 1/2 lb of apricot Kernels or bitter Almonds well beaten two drachms of cinnamon six cloves two ounces of coriander seed four lbs of loafsugar first boiled to a clear syrup and added to the above let them infuse in an earthen jar exposed to the sun for three weeks then strain it thro' spey paper bottle and cork it -
