Now about that section fifteen farm - you say I can have it if I want it - the farm would itself would be well enough to own - if it were free from over due taxes & other claims except my unpaid & accruing interest - In other words, I will take the land with a good warrent Deed without any reservation on your part whatever - that land has been sold at three different time for taxes - one deed will come this fall - one next fall. and one the fall following.
If I am not wrongly told - Levi Colvin has brought & now holds the tax certificate in order to get the first Deed - the amount is about one hundred & sixteen - eighteen or twenty dollars - now you can stop that deed from coming by paying to the county auditor the above amount. Take a receipt for the same -
I could make excellent use of my unpaid interest if I could get it - but I will still try to be patient a little longer - It looks like William might come over some of these weekdays -
