Samuel is not at home - is at a neighbor's helping feed cattle - The proprietor is prostrated with a broken limb (leg) in trying to break a colt to work it fell over on Mr. Gilliland's leg, broke & fractured it bad. On the afternoon of Thanksgiving Andrew & I went to see Mr. G - Dr. Pangburn of Perry & Muir of Angus came to readjust the broken limb - Samuel came to eat roast turkey with us on New Year's day - went back again about 3 o'clk --
