Receipt for making unfermented Bread
H Deane respectfully informs Mrs Hudson that he considers the proportion of Acid considerably to much for the soda, if the acid is as strong as that he usually employs + which is the proper medicinal strength. The ordinary acid of commerce is apt to vary a little, therefore a formula that might do in one locality might not do in another unless the same strength were insured.
He has enclosed his own formula, rather improved upon the original one that Mrs H had, a better then which he as not yet met with, although numerous modifications have appeared.
