lesson was of Elijah & the prophets of Baal. Monday Feb. 11th. This morning I washed the dishes & did various other little jobs. Home all day & evening finished Middlemarch. Tuesday 12th. Prof. Jones concert this evening. I went with Lillie, Louise, Allie, Grace & Annie & Jessie Lyon. I did not care for the music; I only went to see Linn & hear her quartette. It was the last thing & I was very tired before it came. Linn looked beautifully; not so showy as some of them but so quiet & lady like & yet natural. Wednesday 13th. St valentines day. I did not send any. Nobody sends pretty ones now & I dont like to send comic ones for
