with Butter rolled in Flour; a chopt Onion & a Lemon squeez'd; give it one Boil over the Stove & serve it up - To barbacue Pork. Take y.r Pork, score & rub it with Salt & Cayenne Pepper; let it lay all Night; then drain it well & rub it with common Pepper & Madeira Wine; boil it on a Charcoal Fire & keep basting it with Wine; save the Gravy that comes from it, & boil it up with a Bunch of sweet herbs, Pepper & salt to your taste - Take off the Fat & serve it up.
