one; put to it the Yolks of 12 Eggs well beat; mix it all well together & put it in your Dish, with puff Paste round it & under it Another - Take the Yolks of six Eggs well beat, a Qr. of a lb of candied orange Peel sliced thin & beat in a Mortar, then put in the Eggs & beat them till all is dissolved, then add full 1/2 lb of clarified Butter; mix all these well together & bake it in a Dish with Puff Paste under it; & grated Sugar upon the Paste & upon the Pudding; the oven being moderately hot; less than half an Hour will bake it
