Another Apple Pudding. Take 12 Apples & coddle them till the Skin will come off & the Core out; the Yolks of 4 Eggs with the white of only one; some Lemon Peel grated & a little of the Juice; sweeten it to y.r Taste with Loaf Sugar & a Bit of Butter drawed; bake it with Paste round the Dish A Potatoe Pudding. Take 1/2 lb of white Potatoes boil'd & rub'd thro' a Cullendar; the Juice of 2 Lemons with some of the Peel grated; 6 oz: of Sugar, 5 Eggs & 1/2 lb of Butter melted with half a spoonful of orange Flower Water in half an Hour bakes it.
