Cream cold, mix them all together; then put them in a Pan to fry; your Pan should be Copper, & fry them only on one Side, serve them up with the brown Side uppermost & grated Sugar betwixt them - Potatoe Cheese cakes. to be tried Take 12 Potatoes the Size of Eggs; boil, peel & rub them through a Sieve; beat 12 Eggs leaving out the Whites, put to it 1 lb of Sugar & 1 lb of drawn Butter, a Glass of white wine & some Nutmeg grated; mix all together, butter your Cups & put them in with Pasta round them; put in Currants & a little Brandy.
