mix them all together, & set them over a Slow Fire, stir it slowly, till it thickens, then pour it in a Dish; have double refined Sugar ready pounded very fine & sifted to cover it well over, & brown it with a Salamander - To make Apricot Cream. Mrs M Take two Spoonfulls of preserved Apricots, half a Pint of Cream; put your Cream over the Fire till warm; then put it to your Apricots & rub it thro' a Sieve & put it in your Glasses; take Care your Milk is not too hot, or it will curdle -
