Flat Dish; the next Day take it lightly up with a Spoon & lay it in what Form you please on the Dish you intend to Serve it on. To make Rasberry Butter. Take two Spoonfuls of Jam; one white of an Egg; beat them well together for half an Hour or better; till as thick as the Spoon will stand up in it, & then put it in y./r Glasses & keep it as high as you can - To make Orange Blanc Manges. Take 2 oz. of Isinglass; put to it a Quart of Water; let it boil to a Pint, then strain it
