then put to it the Juice of two good Oranges or Lemons with a Piece of Peel, a Pint of white wine & sweeten to y.r Taste; then let it boil up; take the Yolks of 6 Eggs well beaten, give it another boil all together then strain it in y.r Melon & let it Stand till cold - To make Blancmanges. Take an oz. of Isinglass, half a Pint of Water, a Pint of good Cream, Mace, Sugar, & Cinnamon; boil them together & Strain it thro' a clean Cloth, & keep your Mould in cold Water till you fill it -
