To make Orange Jelly. good Mrs M - Take 8 or 10 China Oranges, grate the Rind of one & the Rind of a Lemon; then squeeze the Juice of the Oranges into a Bason thro' a Bit of Muslin; Dissolve 2 oz. of Isinglass in a Pint of Spring Water, boiling hot; when dissolved & settled pour it to the Juice & sweeten it to y.r Taste with fine Sugar; then put in your grated Rind & stir it till almost cold; then fill your Cups - Lemon Puffs.
