and two Ounces of Almonds sliced; a small Nutmeg & a little bit of Mace; two Spoonfuls of Rose Water & three of Sack; some candied Peel if you please; beat it well with your Hand; for the Icing, a Quarter of Sugar sifted fine & one Egg, a Tea Spoonful of Orange Flower Water; put them together and beat them with a Spoon till thick - This will take near two Hours baking -
