Gallons of Juice; put it into the Vessel with the other Juice; in 6 Weeks throw in a Quart of Brandy to prevent its' fermenting; in 12 Months rack it off; clean your Vessel, & put it in again with a Pint more of Brandy. Mrs M Mrs. Rundal's Receipt for a Cough or tender Lungs. Having boil'd a large Spoonful of Pearl Barley a minute or two to cleanse it, put it with a Pint of fresh Water, 1/2 oz. of Stick Liquorice cut thin; 1 oz. of Marsh Mallow Roots; simmer them till half be wasted away; strain off the Liquor & warm it with as much Sugar Candy as will
