& if more than one boiling, the same Hops from the Sieve will answer for Each boiling: - the following morng the liquor to be cleared gently into the working tub so as not to mix up the sediment or settlings, put them into a bowl to settle again & then add the yeast to the liquor which should be scarcely new milk warm, stir it well when the yeast is added, (this quantity will require about 4 lbs of yeast) cover the tub with sacks &c. according to the temperature of the weather, taking great care not be work it too warm
