Iowa. There is (shiny? (illegible) fer you in Iowa now. Come in the Spring and (illegible) if you do not like it - rail roads are great instutions we are just now wondering how people do with out them - the idea of (illegible) on the cars at Desmoines and going as far as you like seems funny to those who are in the habit of taking those lumbering coaches. Now Sister you must not get mad at me for not writing and never ask about me again in your letters. and I will try to be a good brother in (illegible) and write often.
