that was the first frost that tha hav had so lait since tha have been here & tha have ben here 26 years well i have had all that i can do since i com down here for tha was swamp in thare work tha [damage] got clear be hind last fall tha had to hire than [damage] corn pick & tha dident git it all in i finish it on the 16 day of may & tha finish planting on the 20 tha had about 5 acors a standing on the stock & 30 shocks we have got about 70 acors in & all work over once but the last 20 acrs that was planted the garden is doing well we have had letis & radish & onion & new Potatoes for a weak back well i have got 2 old hogs to
