Lemon Puffs. 1 qt of milk - 10 eggs - 2 table spoonfuls of butter - 4 do of flour 1 nutmeg - bake in cups half full - Sauce The whites of 3 eggs beaten to a foam - add sifted sugar & the juice of a lemon - beat all to a cream Lemon pie 1 cup sugar 1 lemon yolks of 4 eggs - baked in the crust - beat the whites with a cup of white sugar - browned on after the pie is baked
