Cary Club Constitution (cont) Art V Time The regular meetings of this Society shall be held on each alternate Monday at 2:30 P.M. Art VI A committee of three shall be appointed by the President at each annual meeting to prepare a program for ensuing year. Art. VII This Constitution may be amended or altered by a vote of two thirds at any regular meeting. Art VIII No person shall be eligible to an elective office unless she has been a member of the club one year. Art IX The rules of procedure, as laid down in Lillian Cole Bethe's Manual of Parliamentary Law shall be rules of the club. Amendment to Art V Time of meeting - The regular meetings of this club shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each month -
