By Laws Sect I Resolved that any member who is absent for three consecutive meetings without a written excuse, be dropped from the Club. Sec II Any member who may have become incapacitated will be placed by vote upon the retired list and a working member elected in her place on the program, she retaining her right to all club privileges by paying the annual dues and may be re-instated to full membership at her request, when there is a vacancy. Sect III A quorum for a business meeting shall consist of not less than three (3) members. Members Signatures.
