action is taken thereon Article V - Time of meeting. The regular meetings of this society shall be held on each alternate Monday at two thirty. P.M. Article VI - A committee of three shall be appointed by the president at each annual meeting to prepare a programe for the ensuing year Article VII - This constitution may be altered or annulated by a two thirds vote at any regular meeting. Article VIII - No person shall be eligible to any elective office unless she has been a member of the club one year The rules of procedure as laid down in Lillian Cole-Bathels' Manual of Parliamentary Law shall be the rules of the club.
