By-Laws Section I Resolved that any member who is absent for three consecutive meeting without a written excuse be dropped from the club Section II Any number who may be have become incapacitated will be placed by vote upon the retired list and a working member elected in her place on the program she retaining her right to all club privileges by paying the annual dues, and reinstated to full membership at her request whenever there is a vacancy. Section III A quorum for a business meeting shall consist of not than five members
