22 Monday afternoon, November 19 1900 The Cary Club met at the home of Mrs Kindman. President presiding There were 18 members present of which 8 responded to roll call from Martin Luther. Minutes of last meeting read and approved. Mrs Taylor appointed Critic. Current Events was first on the program. German history by Mrs Madack. Mrs Marten a guest by invitation of the hostess, sang a solo, and when recalled responded with a sweet little ballad. 5 minutes intermission By motion of sec'y a vote was taken that a press reporter be appointed, and Mrs Dobson was the lady chosen. Lesson in English conducted by Mrs Doris. A motion made to propose names for membership at our next meeting prevailed. Adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs Gibson Mrs Doris President Mrs Demphrey Sec'y
