42 Monday Feb. 17th 1902 The Cary Club were entertained at the home of Mrs. Davis Called to order by Pres. at 2.30 Sixteen members responded to roll call with quotations from Goldsmith. Mrs. Voris appointed critic. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved Paper on England under Queen Elizabeth was read by Mrs. Hutchinson. A Paper on the Victorian Age by Mrs. Alexander followed by discussion of papers by Club. 5 minutes intermission. Called to order & Mrs Anderson gave a recitation "Crossing of the Barr" followed by current events. It was moved and carried that the Cary Club accept the invitation from the Reciprosity Bureau for contributions from their papers and that Mr. Knowlton, Mrs Alexander & Mrs Griffiths subject their papers to their acceptance. Adjourned to meet with Mrs. Cook March 3rd. Ms. Alexander Pres. Mrs Hutchinson Sec. Monday March 3rd 1902 The Cary Sisters met at the home of Mrs. Cook. Called to order by Pres. 10 members present. quotations were from Russian Authors. Minutes read and accepted. Mrs. Griffiths appointed critic. Mrs. Davis read a paper on Religion and Churches of Russia. A five minute recess was given then called to order and the time was devoted to current events and criticism. Adjourned to meet with Mrs. Alexander March 17th. Mrs. Alexander Pres. Mrs. Hutchinson Sec.
