53 Daniels addressed the club in a manner both interesting and profit- able. Miss Flosoic Ryan entertained the Club with a pretty song. Adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs. Noris. Mrs. Mentzer, Pres. Mrs. Anderson, Sec. January 15. 1903. The Cary Club met with Mrs. [Voris?]- meeting called to order by Pres. Ten members answered to roll call with humorous quotations. Minutes of last meeting were not read on account of the ab- sence of the secretary. Mrs. Davis was unable to find material in regard to schools in France, therefore she was not pre- pared and Mrs Knowlton being ab- sent we had no regular program. A letter of resignation from Mrs. Knowlton was read and Mrs. Davis reported Mrs. Ringer's desire to resign also. The following names were proposed. Mrs. S. Daniels, Mrs. W. Vaughn, Mrs. J. S. Alexander, Mrs. Wallis, Mrs. Shumack Mrs. Stevens. Club adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs. J. C. Davis. Mrs. Mentzer Pres. Mrs. Anderson Sec. January 26, 1903.
