75 Marion Ia June 13th 1904 The Cary Club met with Mrs Stookey. The President presiding, Eighteen members present answered to roll call with quotations. Minutes of last meeting read and approved. Mrs Mentzer then read a paper on "Kindergartens and the Public Schools" Mrs Brown read a paper on Club work as a promotion of Public Librarys. Current events were then taken up. After which the club adjourned to meet next fall. September or October. Hostess served refreshments and a social hour was enjoyed. Mrs Davis Mrs Griffiths President Secretary
