Cary Club met April 24 1905 at the Library. ten members present. Roll call responded to with quotations. President appointed. Mrs Brown Griffiths and Hutchinson to attend the Rummage Sale on Wednesday. Mrs Mentzer read "Russian indus tral and educational progress" after which Mrs Griffiths finished the article begun at the previous meeting. "The Empire of the Roth- childs". Current events were then given Club adjourned to meet in two weeks at Library. Mrs Hutchinson Mrs Brown President Sec'y Pro tem Cary Club met at the Library May 8 1905. The President pre- siding. Roll Call responded to with quotations. Ten members present. Minutes of last meeting read and approved. It being the annual meeting The Club proceeded to elect officers for the ensuing year, which resulted in the election of Mrs Brown President Mrs J. J Ives Vice Mrs J K Gibson Secretary Mrs J. C. Davis Treas. The President then appointed Mrs. E. W. McKean. Mrs T. M. Evans and Mrs. L.D. Hadwin as program committee for 1905 &1906.
