The Cary club met November Twenty-Seventh with Mrs Parmenter. Despite the inclemency of the weather eight members were present and responded to roll call with Thanksgiving quotations. Minutes of last meeting were read and approved. The Mother and The Boy was the subject of a paper by Mrs Phelps. Symposium - "A Mother's Duty To Herself" led by Mrs Voris. Current events were discussed. The president appointed Mrs Voris member of flower committee in place of Mrs Hutchinson resigned. The president accepted the gavel which had been left at the meeting of October 30th, by the retiring president for her successor. Club adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs Cook.
