Marion March 22nd 1909 The Cary Club met at the home of Mrs. Gibson. meeting was called to order by Vice Pres. Mrs. Sargeant. Quotations from Jean Ingelow were given in ans' to roll call. Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. Mrs. L C Davis gave a sketch of the life of Jean Ingelow. Mrs. E L Mentzer "American Mural Painting" After talking over the needs of the Marion Old Ladies Home the Pres. appointed the following committee to purchase a pain[?] of pillows for Home. Mrs. Hutchinson Mrs. E L Metzer Current evens were then given. Club adjourned to meet with Mrs. Sargeant April 5th Mrs. S Brown Sec'y
