May 15. 1911 Marian Ia Cary Club met at the home of Mrs Pyle Roll call was ans by Quotations The question of Club picnic was discussed by members. Pres apted Ms Cross Chairman of refreshment com on Entertainment Com Mrs Pyle, Griffiths Mentzer. Mrs Pyle read a paper on "King Edwards reign and femaily". Mrs Cook paper was on "King George of England. his coronation & ect". Mr Blinks a paper on "The New World of London". twelve members were present, one visitor Mrs Lichtenwalter. Current events were given. Adjourned to meet with Mrs Davis May 29 Mrs Alexander Secy Pro tem May 29 1911 Marion Ia Cary Club met at the home of Mrs Davis. Meeting called to order by Pres'. Fourteen members ans roll call by Witticisms on visitor Mrs Cakins present. Minutes of May 8th and May 15th were read and approved. The Club tea was discussed, decided to have a picnic supper. Mrs Phelps gave a reading on "Tennyson" "Geographical Test on Englan" Mrs Cross Mrs Mentzer read the programs of 1911-12 On motion Mrs Davis was instructed to pay flower bill. credits were taken Adjd to meet June 12th with Mrs Mentzer Mrs S Brown Sec'y
