Marion Ia June 12th 1911. Cary Club held there Club Tea at the home of Mrs Mentzer. Fourteen members and twenty five guests present. The afternoon was spent socially and delicious refreshments were served at 6-30. After which an enjoyable program was given. The first number being an Instrumental solo by Miss Jessie Ives. the next humerous number. "O Lord give me a sign" by Mrs Blinks. A reading by Mrs Pule. "Richard & his mother" A vocal solo "My Gypsie Sweetheart" by Norma Ives "A summary of [Years?] Work" by Mrs Ives The credits were then read. Mrs Pyle rec'd the highest number for the year. 62 The list of delinquents were Mrs Alderman, Mrs Alexander, Mrs Beatty, Mrs Blinks, Mrs Gibson, Mrs Griffiths, Mrs Ives, Mrs Phelps, Mrs Rathbun. A vote of thank was extended to those who took part on program also to Mr and Mrs Mentzer who opened there home to the club and made the afternoon and evening so pleasant for all. Thro the courtesy of Mr Cross and Mr Pyle most of the members were conveyed to there homes. Susie Brown Sec'y
