260 The ballot resulted in the unanimous election of Mrs. Carrie Reichart to membership in the Cary Club. The program was then taken up. Mrs. McKean read a paper on "Banking" and Mrs. Mentzer gave a talk on the subject of "Taxes," The club then adjourned to meet June 14" with Mrs. Winter. Mrs. Shumack Pres. Mrs. Bishop Sec'y. Marion Iowa. June 14 1915. Cary club with their husbands and guests met at the pleasant home of Mrs. Winter. The afternoon was spent very pleasantly. At 6 oclock The committee served a two course tea, which was very much enjoyed by all present. Mrs. Cross chairman of the program committee for the Year 1915-1916 gave our the year book for the next years work. This being the last meeting for the year we were forced to say Au revoir, hoping that we may all be spared to meet with Mrs. Blinks in September. Mrs. Shumack Pres. Mrs. Bishop Sec'y.
