275 Marion, Ia Jan 8" 1917. Cary club met at the home of Mrs Waffle. Eight members responded to roll call with quotations from Tennyson. Mrs Brown gave report of Dec meeting of City Federation of clubs. As Mrs Griffiths was absent her work on Chile was postponed indefinitely. The subject Joan of Arc assigned to Mrs Davis was made very interesting by Mrs Reichert, who read for Mrs Davis Current Events were then given and club adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs Cross.
