Feb. 1940. Mar. 1940. The W.C.T.U. met Feb. 20-1940 with Mrs. W. J. Sleivart. The January minutes were approved. Mrs. Michell said she had been to the Hodley sale. Voted to have the bake sale after Easter. Adjourned. Ada Park-Scry. March 19-1940. The WCTU. met with Ada Park. The union voted to send a vote of thanks to Rev. Max Burke for addressing the high school. The topic of the essays to be written this year will be, "How Can America Best Preserve Her Neutrality." The High School. topic in 7th + 8th grades to be "Total Abstinence the Safe Rule of Life." Mrs. Lincoln talked about memorial customes; said Dr. Steiner would pay the dollar representing Mrs. Steiner's membership. Feb. minutes appr. Adj. Ada Park - Sec.
